Whiteout survival mod apk is a building game centered around a post apocalyptic frozen theme. That is, after global temperatures ended up dropping below survivable levels, the few who were strong enough to withstand it and come out of their homes are tasked with rebuilding their civilization from scratch.

Unfortunately it wouldn’t be easy as they would have to battle savage beasts, punishing blizzards, and even bandits looking to take advantage of their vulnerability.

Divide the tasks

As the leader of your crew, you get to share the workload among your people. While some are good as hunters and wood cutters, others could be useful in the kitchen making food. However, as the leader, it’s your job to ensure their happiness and wellbeing are well catered to, because they will face illness or depression, or both.

Control the resources

Also, there are resources scattered throughout the frozen tundra. However, they are in limited supply. You’re not the only person who knows about this, the savage beasts, bandits, and rival clans all have their eyes on the treasure so a full scale conflict is inevitable. Do whatever you must to ensure you keep the resources to yourself.

You’re going to be playing with people from all over the world. Display your strategic prowess to ensure your empire remains at the top. Apart from competing with other leaders and empires, you can also decide to team up with them and make them your allies as you take over territories and grab as much resources as you can.

Build and Harness New Technologies

Due to the apocalypse, all modern technologies were wiped out alongside the technicality needed to replicate them. You’re going to have to forge new technologies from scratch until your civilisation becomes the most technologically advanced.

This is important because whoever has the most amount of advanced technologies and firepower gets the status of ruling the world!

Gameplay 

The game starts with the main playable character navigating through the thick snow with his family. They then come across a shelter that has been abandoned for quite a while.

You’re then tasked with providing some supplies, the first being firewood. After the fire is lit, one of your family members volunteer to make soup for everyone so you’re then prompted to build a kitchen.

After everyone finishes the soup, you all go outside but you’re greeted by a heavy blizzard coming your way in a few seconds. You all take cover. The blizzard would last for 3 full hours, which means you all would have to stay indoors to wait it out.

The stress involved in moving into shelter would cause the oldest member of your family (Bill) to faint. Bill would then die shortly after. The whole game starts off with a moving story which I’ll let you keep playing to see for yourself.

The main and most important mod feature is that you’ll have infinite money and resources to enjoy the game. You can purchase everything you want and speed up processes that are dependent on time.

Frozen city vs whiteout survival

I’ve actually played both games and I can tell you for a fact that whiteout is better than frozen city. As a matter of fact, most people who have played the two will agree that frozen city is just a knock-off version of whiteout survival, despite being from the same company.

The storyline for whiteout survival is more interesting than that of frozen city and one of the major complaints people have about the latter is that it’s a more pay to play system.
