Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and appointments effectively
- Accurately record and prepare meeting minutes and establish office procedures
- Answer phones, relay messages, and manage electronic inquiries promptly and courteously
- Compile data, manage office supplies and inventory, and arrange travel and reservations
- Greet visitors, set up and maintain information filing systems, and proofread documents
